6 Sept - check out Barca and take AVE to Madrid

Only one slight" itsy bitsy teeny weeny" "issue" we had with our fab stay at Hotel Constanza.  When we checked in, we were given the coded key card and the card with our room number written on it.  We went to the room, I put in the card, heard a voice inside, saw shoes and luggage and quickly closed the door on the occupied room.  J went downstairs and advised we had the card to an occupied room.  The guy crossed out the number on the written card, made no change to the coded card and we then had access to the new room.  Query: Do the coded cards give one access to all rooms??? I tried not to think about it ...........

On Friday 6 Sept, the now well Jonathan and I went to the AVE station and caught the very fast train to Madrid.  It was wonderful travelling around 300 kph and it was so smooth!!!
