4 Sept - Super fantastic day in Barcelona -part 1

4 Sept has always been a special day for all of us since 1965 when Mermaid Beach (Shell) was born. This year it was a super Wednesday for us.
We strolled along the various streets-- all with beautiful Spanish names that I couldn't pronounce or remember so I gave them nicknames.  We had Casp, Rog, Dipper etc.   We walked many klms but it was all so interesting.  We went through the tourist spots, fresh food markets and then to the beach front where we joined the hop on hop off bus.

 

Hop on hop off bus provide blue head phones and it seems the practice is to dispose of them by throwing them on top of the bus shelter when you are finished.
